Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RETURN POLICY – Skino Care

Cancellation of Product:
Members may cancel their orders prior to the order reaching the "Quality Check" status.


Prepaid Orders:

  • Before Quality Check:

    • Cancellations incur a 3% deduction of the invoice or order value (whichever is higher) for payment processing.

    • An additional 9% cancellation fee applies.

  • After Quality Check:

    • Cancellations are allowed but will incur deductions for logistics fees (both forward and return shipping) and a restocking fee.


Cash on Delivery Orders

  • The Member has the sole discretion to cancel the order before it has been processed by the company and has reached the status "Quality Check".

  • Cancellations after the "Quality Check" status or refusal of delivery will result in the loss of future cash on delivery privileges.


Non-Returnable Goods
Orders containing non-returnable items cannot be canceled or returned once they reach "Quality Check," and no refunds will be issued.


Return Policy

  • Definition: A return involves sending back products purchased from SkinoCare.in.

  • Reasons for Return:

    • Products do not match the order.

    • Products are near or past their expiry date (medicines with less than 3 months' shelf life are considered near expiry).

    • Products were damaged during transit (do not accept products with tampered seals).


Return Request

  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by contacting customer care at skinocare001@gmail.com or calling +91 7990117324.

  • Requests made after 7 days may be canceled by SkinoCare.in.


Conditions for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened products in their original packaging with price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices.

  • Partially consumed products are not eligible for return.

  • Return requests due to prescription changes are not accepted.

  • The batch number on the returned product must match that on the invoice.


Return Process

  • Initiation: Contact skinocare001@gmail.com or call +91 7990117324 for return initiation from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Sunday.

  • Verification: Customer care will verify claims within 72 business hours.

  • Collection: Once verified as genuine, Skino Care will arrange for product collection.

  • Packaging: Customers must pack the product in its original manufacturer’s packaging.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be completed within 30 days from the date of reverse pickup (if necessary).

⚠ A deduction of 9% of the invoice or order value shall be applicable for all cancellations.


Refund Process

  • Refunds for eligible returns or cancellations will be processed through the original payment method used, except for cash payments made under Pay on Delivery.

  • Refunds cannot be issued to third-party accounts; the account name must match the SkinoCare.in account holder's name.

  • Refund requests must be initiated via the cancellation button in the SkinoCare.in app.

  • Requests regarding delays, advice quality, treatment efficacy, or health outcomes will not be entertained.

  • Refund requests submitted beyond 6 months from cancellation or return dates will not be processed unless determined at SkinoCare.in's discretion.

  • Refunds will typically be processed within 15 working days from receipt of the request.


Policy Changes:
SkinoCare.in reserves the right to modify or implement a new pricing structure prior to billing for initial or future payments.
